It's very simple: follow the instructions on the touch screen, place your card close to the POS for pre-authorization and the power bank will unlock automatically. From that moment on, the rental will start!

The cost is €1.00 per 30 minutes, with a daily maximum of €6.00. You can use it all day without exceeding this limit.

Yes, a pre-authorization of €25 is taken at the time of rental. The amount is not charged immediately, but frozen on your payment method.

The system uses pre-authorisation with pay-as-you-go billing: at the end of the rental period, you will only be charged the actual amount based on the duration of use. Any difference from the pre-authorised €25 will be automatically released.

Stripe releases unused funds immediately, but the timing of the release depends on your bank or card issuer. As a rule:

• Some banks release funds within a few hours.
• Others may take up to 5–10 business days.
• In rare cases, it can take up to 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite this process, as it is handled directly by the bank.

The power bank can be returned to any VoltGo station. Simply insert it into the free slot and push it until you hear a click.
A screen will appear with a rental report and confirmation of delivery of the power bank.

If you do not return the power bank within 48 hours of rental, it becomes yours! In this case, you will be charged the full pre-authorization amount, i.e. €25.
You can still return it, but you will not be refunded.

The rate is rounded up to the nearest half hour. This means that even a few minutes beyond the next half hour will be charged. For example, if you use the power bank for 40 minutes, you will pay for 1 hour.
